Job summary

DSV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Driver Recruiting in Lancaster, TX to source, screen, and hire CDL-A drivers, ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance and a strong pipeline.

You will partner with Operations and HR, run full recruitment lifecycle, and attend recruiting events; travel 3-5 times per year.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3+ years of high-volume driver recruitment; base pay is $25.00-$33.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3 years HR experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years high-volume driver recruiting experience (CDL required).
• Experience recruiting CDL/OTR/local drivers in transportation/logistics.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and HR to determine driver staffing needs.
• Source and attract CDL and non-CDL driver candidates via job boards, referrals, and industry platforms.
• Screen applicants for qualifications, safety history, and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate scheduling with hiring managers.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to pre-employment processing.
• Ensure background verifications meet standards and maintain ATS data.
• Build a continuous pipeline of driver candidates for proactive hiring needs.
• Collaborate on driver recruiting campaigns and outreach strategies.
