Job summary

DSV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Driver Recruiting in Lancaster, TX to source and hire CDL-A drivers for our growing transportation operations. The role focuses on building a strong driver pipeline, ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will manage high-volume requisitions, partner with operations leaders, and drive proactive hiring across local, regional, and OTR roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, plus 3 years in HR.
• Minimum 3 years of successful, hands-on, high-volume driver recruiting (CDL-A required).
• Experience recruiting CDL, non-CDL drivers including OTR/regional/local.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Experience using TenStreet for sourcing and ATS/HRIS; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to understand driver staffing requirements for local, regional, and OTR roles.
• Source and attract qualified CDL and non-CDL driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry platforms.
• Screen applicants for qualifications, safety record, work history, and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure pre-employment processing and background verifications meet compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting in the ATS.
