zTrip is seeking a Recruiter to attract, hire, onboard, and support professional drivers who keep our communities moving. You will build strong candidate relationships, develop recruitment strategies, and drive a streamlined hiring process.

The role emphasizes sourcing top talent, coordinating onboarding, and partnering with operations to improve driver engagement and retention. A people-focused mindset and stellar communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers or field staff preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and engage driver candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and events.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of driver candidates.
• Represent zTrip at job fairs, hiring events, and community functions.
• Conduct applicant screenings and interviews.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
• Partner with management to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
• Develop recruiting campaigns to attract drivers.
