Job summary

TransForce is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers for our customers. You will leverage internal and external sources to identify top candidates and meet regional hiring goals, while ensuring safety and driver retention.

Responsibilities include strategy execution, sourcing efficiency, interviewing, and collaboration with Sales, Market Managers, and Operations to optimize placement and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; work experience may substitute.
• Minimum 2 years of successful recruiting experience; staffing industry preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals.
• Familiarity with employment and transportation regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting drivers to meet open orders and customer needs.
• Interview candidates and sell Employment Solutions benefits to applicants.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure retention and proper placement.
• Maintain professional communications with customers, candidates, and TF teams.
• Generate and maintain candidate data across company systems.
