Ztrip is seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager in Omaha, NE to lead sourcing, screening, onboarding, and retention for driver talent. You will collaborate with operations leadership to hit hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience that supports long-term success.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and results-focused, passionate about connecting drivers with meaningful career opportunities and helping Ztrip grow its fleet and service levels.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, staffing, HR, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
• Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers.
• Promote career opportunities and benefits of partnering with Ztrip.
• Coordinate hiring events and campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment records and ATS data.
