The position drives a steady pipeline of qualified drivers to the Recruiting team for final hiring actions. Responsibilities include outbound calling, inbound lead handling, and effective communication of compensation and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound calling in a recruiting context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Comfortable with phone, text, and email outreach for candidate outreach.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and driver qualifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling to generate driver interest and maintain a pipeline.
• Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into active candidates.
• Follow up with leads via calls, text, and email to sustain engagement.
• Maintain daily queues and systems; source leads from databases and campaigns.
• Pre-qualify candidates based on J.B. Hunt and DOT requirements and communicate opportunities.
