J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Driver Recruiter Coordinator in Lowell, AR to support the driver recruiting process. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calling, lead generation, and candidate pre-qualification to ensure a strong pool for the core Recruiting team.

The candidate will handle inbound inquiries, pre-qualify against DOT requirements, and clearly communicate compensation and opportunities to prospective drivers while coordinating with the onboarding team during peak times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to transmit/receive and interpret ideas across mediums.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and phone-based work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to pivot messaging based on market conditions and hiring needs.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate driver interest and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Manage inbound inquiries to convert leads into active candidates.
• Follow up with leads via calls, text, and email to maintain engagement.
• Source and pre-qualify candidates per DOT requirements and company standards.
• Communicate compensation, benefits, and opportunities to drivers clearly.
• Guide candidates through application and pre-qualification processes.
