Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting, customer service or sales experience or suitable education/training.

• Able to adapt to changing work priorities and handle rejection in a sales context.
• Proficient with computers and data entry while maintaining phone conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Engage driver leads from databases and internet resources by cold calling, email, chat, SMS, campaigns, or other tools.
• Maintain contact and track leads, applicants with a dashboard to direct workflow.
• Assist onboarding and background teams to gather items and expedite hiring.
