Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting, customer service or sales experience.
• Preferred: experience in sales, customer experience, recruiting, transportation/logistics, call center or related.
• Skills and Abilities: self-motivated; effective verbal communication; time management; adaptability; sales experience; computer usage; data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Engage driver leads from databases and internet resources by cold calling, e-mail, chat, SMS, campaigns, or other tools.
• Maintain contact and track leads, applicants and candidates using a dashboard.
• Assist onboarding and background teams to gather items and expedite hiring process; address issues.
• Pre-qualify applicants based on minimum hiring requirements and DOT; guide through application process.
• Explain pay, benefits, and openings to drivers.
• Compare qualifications to open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and gauge interest.
