Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Driver Recruiter Coordinator to support the Driver Recruiting Team in building a pipeline of CDL candidates. Responsibilities include posting jobs, answering inquiries, sourcing and screening applicants, and attending job fairs and trade shows.

The role emphasizes collaborating with Hiring Managers, coordinating requisitions, and managing candidate data in Tenstreet ATS. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator will excel in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with pro-active recruiting or sales experience.
• 1–2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer service, Human Resources or Recruiting (including internships).
• Experience in Transportation or Logistics industry a plus.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with recruiting technologies a plus.
• Knowledge of Internet candidate data mining a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Driver Recruiting team to understand sourcing needs.
• Develop and maintain a full understanding of the CDL labor market.
• Coordinate requisition and job posting process.
• Screen applications and conduct screening interviews.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Tenstreet ATS.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events at driving schools, job fairs, local communities, industry venues, etc.
• Serve as Driver Recruiter as needed.
• Work with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs.
• Assist qualified candidates in completing their employment applications and ensure paperwork is sent to processing team.
• Partner with operations management on recruiting activities.
• Perform other special projects as assigned.
