NFI Industries is seeking a Driver Recruiter Coordinator to support the Driver Recruiting Team in building a pipeline of CDL candidates. Responsibilities include posting jobs, answering inquiries, sourcing and screening applicants, and attending job fairs and trade shows.
The role emphasizes collaborating with Hiring Managers, coordinating requisitions, and managing candidate data in Tenstreet ATS. A proactive, detail-oriented communicator will excel in this fast-paced environment.
The Driver Recruiter Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to support the Driver Recruiting Team in building and developing a pipeline of experienced CDL candidates for NFI. Accountable for support activities including: posting jobs; responding to applicant phone and email inquiries; assisting Recruiters with sourcing and screening applicants; and attending job fairs, seminars, and trade shows (truck shows).
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $25-28/HOUR, based on the national average for the position. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
