NFI is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build a pipeline of experienced CDL candidates in the Allentown area. You will source, recruit, screen, and interview drivers, while leveraging networks including military contacts and driving schools to meet staffing needs.
You will maintain ATS data, sell compensation packages, and coordinate recruiting events with local schools and communities. A strong sales mindset and ability to travel are essential for success.
The Driver Recruiter’s primary responsibility will be to build and develop a pipeline of experienced CDL candidates for NFI. Accountable for sourcing and recruiting activities including: establishing and maintaining relationships by working with military contacts, employment offices, truck driving schools, and technical colleges; conducting job fairs and seminars; attending trade shows (truck shows); and developing other viable recruiting sources.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00, based on the national average for the position. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
