Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Driver Recruiter Coordinator to support the Driver Recruiting Team in building a pipeline of CDL candidates. You will post jobs, respond to applicant inquiries, assist recruiters with sourcing and screening, and represent the company at job fairs and events.

This role emphasizes relationship building, data integrity in the Tenstreet ATS, and collaboration with operations and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with recruiting or sales experience.
• 1–2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer service, HR or Recruiting (including internships).
• Experience in Transportation or Logistics is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; recruiting technologies a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs and respond to applicant inquiries (phone and email).
• Assist Recruiters with sourcing and screening applicants.
• Coordinate requisition and job posting process.
• Screen applications and conduct screening interviews.
• Maintain candidate data in the Tenstreet ATS.
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events at schools, job fairs, and industry venues.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on staffing needs and assist qualified candidates with employment applications.
• Coordinate with operations on recruiting activities.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
