Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build a robust pipeline of CDL candidates in the Wisconsin region. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing drivers, and maintaining candidate data in the ATS while promoting NFI’s compensation package.

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and operations teams to meet staffing needs, participate in job fairs and school events, and manage relationships with candidates from introduction to hire.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or high school diploma with recruiting or sales experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, HR or Recruiting
• Outside sales experience or experience in Transportation or Logistics is a plus
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships
• Excellent knowledge of Internet candidate data mining
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong planning, time management and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with recruiting technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of DOT requirements is a plus
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of CDL candidates for NFI
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates
• Maintain applicant data in the ATS
• Sell NFI’s compensation and benefits package to candidates
• Coordinate recruiting events at schools, job fairs, and industry venues
• Assist candidates with employment applications and paperwork
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
• Partner with operations management on recruiting activities
• Perform other special projects as assigned
