Job summary

NFI is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build a pipeline of experienced CDL candidates in Madison, WI. You will source, screen, and interview drivers and collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet staffing needs.

Develop market knowledge, attend recruiting events, and present NFI’s compensation package. You will use the TenStreet ATS and recruiting tools to manage candidate data and drive processes, with occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred; or high school diploma with recruiting or sales experience.
• 1-2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, HR or Recruiting.
• Outside sales experience or experience in Transportation/Logistics is a plus.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with internet candidate data mining and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of local CDL labor market and sourcing tools.
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates.
• Maintain applicant data in the ATS and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
• Sell NFI’s compensation and benefits package to candidates.
• Attend recruiting events at driving schools, job fairs, and industry venues.
• Assist qualified candidates with employment paperwork and process flow.
• Collaborate with operations management on recruiting activities.

Education

BA/BS degree preferred; or high school diploma with demonstrated pro-active recruiting or sales experience

1-2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources or Recruiting (including internships)
