Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build and sustain a robust pipeline of CDL candidates across the United States. You will source, screen, and interview drivers, maintain ATS records, and coordinate recruiting events with schools, job fairs, and industry venues.

Responsibilities focus on understanding the local CDL labor market, reaching drivers, and selling NFI’s compensation package while collaborating with Hiring Managers and Operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; or HS diploma with recruiting or sales experience.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Customer Service, HR or Recruiting (internships included).
• Outside sales or Transportation/Logistics exposure a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; recruiting technologies a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements a plus; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of local CDL labor market and sourcing tools.
• Reach drivers and maintain relationships from introduction to hire.
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates.
• Maintain applicant data in TenStreet ATS.
• Present compensation and benefits to candidates; coordinate events.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and operations on staffing needs.
