Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with full life cycle focus
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers strongly desired
• Strong background in transportation, logistics or related fields
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and results-driven
• Proficiency with email and MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Recruit professional drivers for all asset types including CDL-capable resources
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to onboard qualified drivers
• Coordinate with regional teams to meet forecasted driver needs
• Develop driver utilization metrics and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with safety/compliance on onboarding and training
• Explore new recruiting channels and technology for sourcing
• Provide reporting and analytics to stakeholders
• Grow the company’s reputation as a driver-focused provider
