Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking a Supervisor, II Account in New Caney, TX to lead and develop drivers for assigned accounts and resolve customer service issues to meet delivery demands.

You will monitor safety metrics, coach drivers, and optimize shipments while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. This role requires leadership and a proactive approach to performance improvement. This position works Thu-Sat 6:00pm-6:00am with occasional Wednesdays; remote is not available.

Qualifications

• Supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts.
• Address customer service issues and shipments to meet customer needs.
• Provide action-oriented solutions to improve satisfaction and safety.
• Coach drivers on performance and behavior using coaching methods.
• Promote safety metrics and KPIs across operations.
