The position operates on-site with hours Wed-Fri 1900-0700 and alternating Saturdays 1900-0700, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $48,000–$58,000.

Qualifications

• Supervises and develops all drivers for assigned accounts.
• Addresses customer service issues and shipments to meet customer needs and demands.
• Coaches drivers to improve performance and safety using structured methods.
• Ensures DOT regulations are understood and followed in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively promote safety metrics and KPI around service pickup %, deadhead %, and weekly assignments.
• Supervises driver performance balancing business needs with driver well-being.
• Utilize High Performance Coaching to guide driver performance and behavior expectations.
• Maintain high service levels by proactive communication and strong relationships with customers.
• Plan driver loads based on availability (PTA) and ensure on-time service.
• Coordinate with drivers on physicals and random drug screens and CDL renewal deadlines.
• Utilize AS400 and XPM for productivity across departments.
• Collaborate with other departments and perform yard duties as assigned.
