Job summary

U.S. Xpress in Henderson, NC is seeking a Supervisor II Account to supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts, address customer service issues, and ensure all shipments meet customer needs.

You will provide actionable solutions daily to improve satisfaction, retention, utilization, and safety. You’ll coach drivers using high‑performance methods, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to maximize service and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
• 3+ years Operations experience including Customer Service, Fleet Management, or Load Planning preferred.
• Transportation, logistics, and/or supervisory a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts.
• Address customer service issues and shipments to meet customer needs.
• Provide solutions to resolve daily issues to improve satisfaction.
• Promote safety metrics and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate driver loads and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with other departments and perform yard duties.
