With a focus on profitability and service quality, you will manage loads, plan driver assignments, and collaborate across departments to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent years of experience defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
• Experience in operations, customer service, or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop drivers for assigned accounts.
• Address customer service issues or complaints.
• Meet customer needs and demands for shipments.
• Promote safety metrics and key performance indicators.
• Coat to ensure high levels of service and on-time performance.
• Coordinate with drivers on validations, drug screens, and CDL renewals.
