Job summary

Best Logistics Group is seeking a Driver Processor to manage onboarding and driver paperwork for new hires. The role coordinates VOEs, drug screens, and required documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

This on-site position collaborates with Recruiting, HR, Safety, and Operations to move drivers through hiring, orientation, and start dates, maintaining organized records and clear communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation, recruiting, HR, safety, or employee onboarding preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements preferred.
• Experience with McLeod or similar transportation software is a plus.
• Experience with Double Nickel or similar transportation related ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process VOE and related employment and safety history requests.
• Review driver applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate and track pre-employment drug screens and other required hiring steps.
• Work with Recruiting and Safety to ensure DOT/FMCSA qualification requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate driver qualification and hiring records.
