8Fleet Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor to run our driver onboarding center on-site. You will lead new hire orientation, set drivers up in our systems, coordinate test drives, and support drivers through their first weeks with 8Fleet.

This hands-on role requires strong organization and friendly, professional communication to keep a busy onboarding schedule moving and ensure drivers are ready to hit the road from day one.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year in operations, customer service, logistics, or a fast-paced, people-facing role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail to juggle multiple drivers and schedules.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication; able to train and coach others.
• Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and quick to learn new apps.
• Reliable and punctual with schedule flexibility based on onboarding volume.

Aufgaben

• Run the Onboarding Center: lead daily new hire orientation and keep onboarding smooth and on time.
• Driver Readiness: ensure every driver completes onboarding materials and understands policies.
• System Setup: set drivers up in internal systems and manage credentials.
• Test Drives: schedule, coordinate, and oversee driver test drives to meet safety standards.
• Scheduling and Logistics: coordinate onboarding sessions and trainings to avoid delays.
• New Driver Support: be the first contact for new drivers with onboarding questions.
• Tracking and Reporting: monitor onboarding progress and flag bottlenecks.
• Collaboration: work with Fleet Supervisors, Market leadership, and ops teams.
