Job summary

The State of Washington Department of Licensing is recruiting a Licensing Services Representative (LSR2) for the Union Gap Driver Licensing Office. This in-person role requires Tuesday–Saturday attendance and involves processing licenses, IDs, and permits with accuracy and professionalism.

You will issue driver licenses and enhanced documents after thorough verification, handle fee collection, and conduct driving skills tests while adhering to state policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct customer service experience with the general public.
• One year of experience using electronic systems and form templates to input data and navigate multiple forms.

Responsibilities

• Verify documents, evaluate information, and issue licenses/ID cards in line with laws and procedures.
• Perform final reviews of enhanced license applications and determine eligibility.
• Collect licensing fees and issue enhanced credentials where eligible.
• Travel to other offices and conduct driving skills tests.
