zTrip BHM is hiring a Driver Coach to mentor and develop drivers across onboarding, development, engagement, and retention initiatives. You will partner with operations leadership to promote a positive driver experience and foster a supportive, performance-driven culture.

The role focuses on coaching drivers to improve customer service, safety, and operational excellence, building strong relationships, and driving workforce stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, driver management, training, employee relations, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mentoring abilities and relationship-building mindset.
• Ability to motivate and support drivers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and development of new drivers.
• Engage drivers to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Provide coaching to enhance customer service and safety.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape driver programs.
• Maintain driver records and program documentation.
