Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for the Transportation Team to drive winter seasonal shuttle and guest transport roles. Starting wage ranges from $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr, with guaranteed minimums for tipped positions. Employment is Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, age 18+, housing available, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Applicants must have a satisfactory driving record and be knowledgeable with 2-way radios and codes. Paid training provided; no prior commercial driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and area information.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (fluids, fueling).
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Job Responsibilities

Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests

Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions

Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area,activitiesand transportation in the resort

Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance including but not limited to checking fluids and fueling

Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
