Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 in Beaver Creek, CO, for the Transportation Team as drivers. You will safely transport guests, operate multiple vehicle types, and support on-time service across resort routes.
Starting wage ranges from $25.00/hr to $30.29/hr. Employment is winter seasonal; full-time and part-time shifts are available. CDL training is provided, housing may be available, and a strong emphasis on guest service and safety is required.

Job Responsibilities :
Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area,activitiesand transportation in the resort
Other duties as assigned
JobRequirements :
Satisfactory Driving Record
Valid Driver’s License
Hold or be able to get a CDL Class A or B (w/Passenger endorsement) within the first20 daysof employment
Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes
The expected pay range is$25.00/hr - $30.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
