Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, is hiring to join our Transportation Team as a seasonal driver for the 2026/2027 winter season. You’ll safely transport guests, share area knowledge, and deliver exceptional service with paid training even if you have no prior commercial driving experience.

Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, full- or part-time hours available, with housing options on site. A valid USA driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Valid USA driver's license required.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and codes.
• Paid training provided; no prior commercial driving experience required.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests along scheduled routes and accommodate demand.
• Drive larger vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and share information about area and resort transportation.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain basic vehicle knowledge, including checking fluids and fueling.
