Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring for winter 2026/27 in the Transportation Team as a driver for seasonal positions. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time hours available and housing options on site.

Qualified applicants will have a satisfactory driving record, be comfortable using 2-way radios, and deliver exceptional guest service while guiding guests around the resort. Paid training is provided and eligibility checks apply.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service.
• Comfort using two-way radios and resort codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests along schedules and routes.
• Drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and provide area information.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as checking fluids.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests

Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions

Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area,activitiesand transportation in the resort

Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance including but not limited to checking fluids and fueling

Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
