Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter seasonal Transportation team roles, including drivers who will safely transport guests and provide outstanding service.

Starting wage is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour with paid training; roles can be full or part time, with seasonal benefits and employee pass perks. Join a team that emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, and mountain hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Satisfactory driving record required.
• Ability to operate two-way radios and follow codes.
• No prior commercial driving experience required (paid training).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and share local area information.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Basic vehicle maintenance including checking fluids and fueling.
• Other duties as assigned.

• The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
