Job summary

Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, NH is hiring a part-time Driver for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. No prior commercial driving experience is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay ranges from $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr with potential tips in tipped positions.

Responsibilities include safely transporting guests on scheduled routes, providing local information, and performing basic vehicle inspections. Housing is available where noted.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record and a valid USA driver's license.
• Ability to use a two-way radio and understand basic codes.
• Comfort with winter driving conditions and guest service.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage:$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area,activitiesand transportation in the resort
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance including but not limited to checking fluids and fueling
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
