Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws).
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct drive-in employees during shift, including training and coaching.
• Oversee drive-in operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels and perform opening/closing duties.
• Monitor costs and adherence to policies while ensuring safety standards.
