Sonic Drive-In in McKinney, AR seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience during shifts. You will supervise crew, handle opening/closing duties, and coach staff to meet service and safety standards.

The role requires at least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management, plus strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months restaurant management or one year retail management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws (federal/state/local).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead drive-in operations during shift to optimize guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest and employee issues/concerns during shift.
• Monitor labor, food, and inventory to control costs and quality.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of drive-in records.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and laws.
• Perform all station duties as necessary to meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout shift; regular attendance.
