Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead operations and employees during shifts. You will train and supervise staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and manage staffing, inventory, and compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and health and safety regulations.
• General restaurant or retail knowledge; basic computer, math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and direct drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience.
