Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year in retail management.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and manage inventory levels.
• Support guest service and resolve complaints with supervision.
