Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead a drive-in's operations and employee performance. The role involves directing training, scheduling, and compliance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will manage labor, inventory, and vendor performance, oversee safety and sanitation, and drive local marketing initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws (e.g., wage and hour laws; EEO).
• Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate staff.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage opening and closing duties and handle guest concerns.
• Forecast and control labor, food, and inventory to maximize cost efficiency.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain drive-in records and reports.
• Develop and manage action plans for local marketing and performance.
