Qualifications

• Education required: high-school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Knowledge of labor laws and health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Manage labor, food, and inventory costs to optimize operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with safe, clean, efficient service.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily reporting.
