Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead operations and staff at the Waldorf drive-in. This exempt, high-responsibility role oversees everything from hiring to guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and implement improvements while maintaining compliance with all laws and company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant management (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health/safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach and supervise leaders and staff.
• Oversee labor, food, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and ensure adherence to standards.
• Resolve guest and employee issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Plan and execute local marketing and business performance actions.
