Qualifikationen

• Must have experience managing a restaurant or retail operations.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy when given directions.

Aufgaben

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team/ Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Performs opening and closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food cost control; completes weekly inventory.
• Maintains records and documentation; supports guest service excellence.
