SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in Gilbert, AZ to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will lead Team Members, Carhops and shifts, ensuring quality food, safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventories, performing opening/closing duties, and maintaining service standards while upholding company policies and appearance guidelines.

Qualificações

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations required.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions with autonomy once given.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support other employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Direct and assign staff to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control; complete weekly inventory as needed.
