Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations in Tucson, AZ. You will train and supervise Team Members and Carhops to ensure fast, friendly service and strong standards of food safety and cleanliness.

The role requires prior QSR management experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to multi-task during busy shifts. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months restaurant management (QSR) or 1 year entry-level retail management experience.
• Strong communication and math skills; ability to follow directions and work autonomously.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, and food cost; perform weekly inventory as needed.
