Qualifications

Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management.
Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Experience running shifts without supervision.
Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in restaurant operations.
Train and support team members to ensure quality food, cleanliness and safety.
Direct and assign staff to meet service standards and operational needs.
Perform opening and/or closing duties and monitor staffing and inventory levels.
