Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months restaurant management (QSR) experience or 1 year retail management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains team members, carhops, and skating carhops.
• Directs staffing to meet operational standards.
• Enforces handbook policies and practices.
• Handles opening and/or closing duties.
• Adjusts staffing, inventory and food cost controls.
• Conducts weekly inventory.
• Maintains files and records and other admin tasks.
• Keeps focus on top-tier customer service.
• Responds promptly to guest requests and resolves complaints.
