Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the drive-in operations, training and supporting employees, and ensuring quality food served in a clean, safe and efficient manner. You will lead team members, manage shifts, and uphold standards to deliver a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Good communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to ensure food service meets standards.
• Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices.
