Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily drive-in operations and support the General Manager. You will train staff, supervise crew members, carhops, and skaters while ensuring a high standard of service, cleanliness, and safety.

The role requires flexible hours, prior restaurant management experience, and strong communication skills to resolve guest requests and maintain performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support Team Members, Carhops and other staff to ensure quality service.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and monitor staffing, inventory and food cost.
