Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in Santa Fe, NM to help the General Manager run daily drive-in operations and support staff training for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will handle scheduling, inventory checks, and administrative tasks while ensuring a friendly, efficient guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior QSR management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management (QSR) or one year retail management experience.
• Strong communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Trains and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory and food cost control.
• Completes weekly inventory and maintains records.
• Ensures customer service quality and resolves guest complaints.
