Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Las Vegas, NM is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running drive-in operations, train and coach team members, and ensure service is friendly, safe, and efficient. You’ll oversee openings/closings, staffing, inventory, and basic administrative duties, while upholding Sonic policies and guest satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on meeting operational standards and delivering great guest

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet food service standards
• Adheres to employee handbook, policies and practices
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control
• Completes weekly inventory as needed
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files and records
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures guests are served promptly
• Responds to guest requests and resolves complaints with supervision
