Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members, carhops and skating carhops to meet standards.
• Direct staff to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards.
• Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory and food cost; adjust as needed.
• Complete weekly inventory and maintain records.
