Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience or one year entry-level retail management.
• Effective communication skills and basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask with autonomy.
• Willingness to abide by appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Adhere to employee handbook policies and practices.
• Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control; complete weekly inventory.
• Assist in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and required documentation.
• Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure employees focus on serving customers.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and help resolve complaints.
