Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) with shift leadership responsibility.
• Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws and health/sanitation regulations.

• Manages and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops.
• Directs staff to meet food service standards and operational procedures.
• Maintains compliance with policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and schedules staff accordingly.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Maintains payroll and employment records; supports financial/audit reporting.
• Addresses guest requests and resolves complaints with leadership guidance.
• Participates in hiring and onboarding to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable sales and financial trends.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
